Neutrality Ends When Jesus Steps Into View
Jesus is not a hobby or a side interest. He is fully God and fully man, the eternal King whose reign never ends and the Savior who breaks the chains of sin. When He steps into view, neutrality collapses. Admiration is not enough. The only fitting response is worship, allegiance, and surrender.
If you have seen Him, your life cannot stay the same. Jesus claims every room of the heart, calendar, wallet, ambitions, fears, and hidden corners. He is gentle and humble, but He is also Lord. Today is the day to stop delaying obedience and step under His good rule with trust.
Daniel 7:13-14 (KJV): “ I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.”
Reflection: Choose one area where you’ve kept Jesus at arm’s length (your calendar, a relationship, your finances, or a hidden habit). What concrete act of surrender will you do in the next 24 hours to declare Him King there?
